~ what about voting? ~

several people on Hacker News asked if there should be a voting mechanism, so the community can validate that something is actually dead, not just unpopular. fair point. for now we are using the comment section below as a quiet voting space. upvote a suggestion, leave a memory, push back if something is not actually dead. we will read it.
